Solution-oriented, Collaborative consulting and Multi-level Stakeholder engagement to identify Social Determinants of Health gaps, address Health Disparity gaps, and advance health Equity. Implementation of proven strategies and techniques from Federal, State, and Local funded grants initiatives addressing health disparity, integrating community engagement into research and promoting health equity.

Dr. Veronica Ajewole-Mwema is the Consulting Director at Community Resource Solutions Group (Community RSG). She is a Solutions-oriented and collaborative researcher, Transformational leader, prolific speaker, and an health equity advocate, with expertise in community engagement among ethnic minority population.

She is a Board Certified Oncology Clinical pharmacy Specialist with experience in establishing an oral chemotherapy clinic and clinical expertise in serving diverse cancer patient population in an outpatient cancer center at a large tertiary academic medical center. She is the Principal Investigator and Founding Program Director on Federal, State, and local funded grants initiatives addressing health disparity, integrating community engagement into research and promoting health equity.

She's also a Professor of Pharmacy Practice with vast knowledge in oncology and a variety of therapeutic areas.

She is married & blessed with 4 wonderful children.
